Leonardus S. Sagala, S.H., M.H., CLA.
Managing Partner
One of the founder of SKY Law Firm, Leo graduated from Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga and holds a Master Degree in Criminal Law from the same university, both graduated with cumlaude predicates.
Not only as a Certified Legal Auditor, Leo is also an expert in litigation and non-litigation area, including Criminal Law, Corruption Law, Civil Law, Corporate Law, Family Law and also Bankruptcy. Leo is also certified as a Administrator and Receiver in Bankruptcy.

Leo has been involved in resolving several cases that has public spotlight, such as corruption cases at KPK and Kejaksaan, fraud investment cases, and also controversial cases involving employees of Holywings Group. In civil cases, he also been involved in handling land disputes, acts against the law (related to consumer protection) and cases of default in mining sector.
In handling cases, He prioritizes the accuracy of arguments and evidence so that they can be relied on in providing protection and defending the interests of clients.
Beside that, Leo has established SKY Law Firm's motto in providing legal assistance to clients, called "Primus Inter Pares".

Leo is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and registered as Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (HKPI) for insolvency & bankcruptcy.
Marthin Gogo Rezky, S.H.
Senior Partner
One of the founder of SKY Law Firm, Marthin Gogo Rezky, S.H., has been a lawyer for more than 5 years. His practices focus on general corporate, commercial litigation, and insolvency & bankcruptcy. He received a bachelor degree in law from Universitas Padjadjaran. Through his experiences as a lawyer since 2015, he is equipped with versatile skills to understand clients need, reputable for his ability to steer the disputes in the right course. He has a pro-active and commercial solution-based approaches in identifying and solving issues.
Marthin is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and registered as Indonesian Receiver and Administrator (HKPI) for insolvency & bankcruptcy.
Yolanda Hosana, S.H.
Junior Associate
Yolanda is a Law Graduate form Law Faculty Universitas Airlangga with a astounding cumlaude predicate. During her time in Universitas Airlangga, she participated in National Moot Court Competition and earned Best Lawyer predicate. She was also elected as the team leader. As Junior Associate, Yolanda assisted in clients' meetings and drafted legal documents, business contracts, and many more.
Joshua M. F. Napitupulu, S.H.
Junior Associate
Joshua is a Law Graduate from Brawijaya Law Faculty. He is majoring Civil law. During his time in Brawijaya University, he participated in Brawijaya Legal Aid. He was Also actively making law content in instagram. As Junior Associate, Joshua assisted in clients' meetings, drafted legal documents, business contracts, and many more.
Chintya Arifka, S.H.
Junior Associate
Chintya is a Law Graduate from Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia majoring in Economic and Business. During her time in University, Chintya Active in student organization, committees, and volunteered.
Chintya started her career at SKY Law Firm as an intern in 2021 and in 2022 she was then appointed as a junior associate. As Junior Associate, she responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with client work.
Fransiska Wahyu Yubelina, S.H.
Junior Associate
Fransiska is a Law Graduate from Faculty of Law Universitas Jember. During her time in Universitas Jember, Fransiska active in student organization and committees. One of her biggest traders during his college life was to initiate the first national student conference at Faculty of Law, Universitas Jember and became the Project Officer. As Junior Associate, Fransiska responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with client work.
